Rich, Barry Stein is planning to sell a whole 10,000 shares sometime in the future. At $1.00 he would get $10,000. AT $2.25 he did not sell. Just speculating, if the Chairman needs money he would need at least say $100,000 if not more. Does that mean he would sell at $10.

There are 4 more filings made on Aug 12 that is on edgar. These have not made it to yahoo. Could these be the actual sells? Or is it just the quarterly ritual to refile ?
