My advise to people is not to bail when thing's look their bleakest, the hardest time, psychologically, to hold onto your investments is when they are down. Even the best investment's go through depressed periods, which history proves is the worst possible time to sell. I still believe that you should not sell when their is a sale going on; if anything you should consider buying more of the stock's that you believe in!

DON'T PANIC, battered, collapsed, plunging, pounded. Whenever the stock markets drop like this, everyone jump's on the doom and gloom bandwagon, the Media is the worst offender, they love to print stories of how bad it is because it sell's newspaper's and magazines, I heard that Martin Armstrong predicted this latest downturn but he has also predicted that the Dow will be over 10,000 next year, I for one wish that I had sold a few months ago and I did sell part of my portfolio but I think people selling this week will in 6 to 12 months, wish they had not, when you look at a graph of 20 year's it is all uphill with the occasional downturn such as the one we have recently experienced.

Good Luck to everyone in the up coming week......
