how long until the suit to bar golan from mvee until 2002 is resolved? Assuming Golan has a good lawyer, which is a foregone conclusion, long enough to get past 2002<g> TG

I am checking into the suit to find out, but I have already researched the case law precident on the issue, and at this point, it looks more like just a neusance thing to me. The chances of an injunction at this point are slim. I will let you know later what I learn ... But, lets look at the reality ... as I understand, it would only prevent him from directing. As a matter of law, they cannot prevent him from working, and they cannot prevent him from owning a part of MVEE, so the worst case is pretty irrelevant. That is the main reason I think it is pretty much a non issue to MVEE, and a neusance at worst.
