Maybe, but it would be amazing to me if the stock didn't triple in the next year no matter what.

Are VLSI's declining sales a factor you have compared ? It might be interesting to see if VLSI's - % change in sales of the past quarter is unusually when compared with the other SOX firms you are tracking?

Maybe the closure of the CA fab has cost revenue that won't be coming back ??? Any thoughts about that ?

Good job on the number crunching, I feel very comfortable about this being the bottom. Very little downside at this level. Being so far under book value is really wierd though

Re food for thought, the ratios on VLSI are compelling, especially considering that business is in an upswing. The P/S ratio of 0.6 is the lowest ever for VLSI during a profitable period. FYI ISSI has a P/S of 0.4, and LOGC P/S is 0.3, almost hard to believe. Jim
