I thought someone over on the Raging BS thread mentioned that there had been some problems with the initial contacts in Costa Rica, something to the effect that the contacts there were not holding up their end. Same post also said something about John renegotiating with another party, someone who won't drop the ball. This would be a good question to pose to John. Don't quote me on the above...it is vague in my memory.

Finally, it innocently refers to a posting by some unmentioned person that seems to state that Casta Rica is a fallen through thing. I have been reading most of the posts on here, and I do not recall such a conversation ever ... do any of you? What poster said it becides this dufus here?

Well LegalBeast, up to your usual standards of bloviated rhetoric, I see. Unfortunately your due diligence can't seem to keep up with your mouth. I suppose you consider Gordon Gekko a dufus as well?

Status of Costa Rica. He said some of the initial agreements have fallen through. Apparently, these individuals didn't come through on their commitments. He has been contacted by other parties concerning Costa Rica. He expects significant developments in the 4th quarter of this year. I do not know if this means writing mortgages or not. Lastly, the other Latin American countries are progressing as well.

LegalBeast: From what we have seen last week regarding very little change in the stock price. The ones that were hanging on the fence sold off weeks earlier. They are gone from this investment. Chased away by fear, a wild and off the wall political PR., bogus roomers and uncertainty.
The ones here now are the longs, the true fact finders, believers, the ones that know that this type of investment takes time to nurture. If this stock was a simple cut and dry issue, it would not be in the pennies.
Oh lets not forget the B@ll breakers they are also here and there.
I do not think their is any one else left to scare off. All they are doing now is dragging around the same dirty towel reminding us that there may not be soap in the Washer?
This charade will be played over and over again until the company issues the PR to clear all of this up. I just hope its a Whopper!
