LB--You're wasting your time on Cavalry. I thank you for your analysis and agree with you, as anyone who knows remotely how litigation works. I think you will see that cavalry clearly is pushing another agenda with his "concerns". TG

LegalBeast, Many thanks for your excellent posts on the topic of the Bibiyans suit. According to Jeffrey Volk, "the company is vigorously defending the suit; the suit is without merit and will have no material effect on the company." Mr. Volk says he does not know any details about the suit. I think Mr.Volk learns a lot when we call. The comment quoted above is of course the "standard response" regarding a lawsuit. I do believe that this "standard response" reflects the honest opinion of the company, since it would be very embarrassing for the suit to prove to have substance later on. I believe your comments regarding the practice of including any and every possible alleged injury in such a case are important. The case would present a worst-case scenario. The answer, filed in court by Golan and/or the company, stated that the suit is without basis and should be dismissed. It appears as if the Bibiyans were once part of 1st Miracle, do not work there now, are miffed, and have filed a nuisance suit against ("the irrepressible") Mr.Golan. I look forward to your further comments on the case. Regards, Suzanne
