Al,
1) Cisco and Dell are indeed great companies...and great customers
2) And yes, our past performance pales in comparison to these companies.
3) Nevertheless, I would be delighted to take your bet. Mark August 31, 1999 down. Your motto "Timing is everything" could be to my benefit in this bet. Just tell me what we're betting.

I dont mean to steal D. McCranie thunder here however, I think the key words you used IN YOUR PREVIOUS POST was PERFORMANCE not worth. We all know that performance is measured in percentage not dollar value. I own CY also and still have the faith that it will recover. Remember never bet against the house you will always lose!! By the way.

Cypress Semiconductor ups stock buyback

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 1 (Reuters) - Cypress Semiconductor Corp said Tuesday its board of directors had approved the buyback of an additional 10 million of its 91 million outstanding common shares.

The move brings to 14 million the total amount authorized for repurchase.

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. is an international supplier of high-performance integrated circuits.
