J B you seem to be missing the point I was trying to make ,That is if Clinton did break any laws and it can be proven ,fine do it and punish appropriatly.Do not, as was suggested in the post I was responding to punish him for alleged crimes that cannot be proven with those that can [sex] .I suppose my comment about sex not being a crime didn't fly because of the perjury part.The meaning was the punishment should fit the crime.It should not be exaggerated to punish for a crime that cannot be proven.I'm sure you can see the potential for miss use here.
