Jim, if the selling accelerates don't be surprised if there is intervention to halt the slide with the futures markets being used as the vehicle to get things stabilzed.

There sure is--and that for me is normally a caution sign as to a possible bottom in place.

The difference this time is the violation of the 200dma on the major indexes---I just can't ignore this. Just wish I had a chance to short these high fliers before they began to plunge.

Well looking on the bright side of things--my wager with OJ could well be a winner
