I remember, it's a great show. I just bench pressed my weight 5X. It's the 1st time since high school that I've been able to do it and it was an accident. I forgot I added 20 lbs. to the bar before I went to feed my fish and then added another 20 when I went back to the weights. It certainly felt heavy but it wasn't that hard. I still feel a little weird from being in the car for 8 hours yesterday and planned on taking it light today. If I knew what I was doing I probably would have failed. I wouldn't have attempted my weight for another month. I like to do 3 sets with the same weight, I think I could do another set but not 2 at this weight but I'm not gonna try. I don't have a spotter (Iko's got arthritis) and my left elbow had been bothering when I lift but still feels fine now. I don't want to push it.
