Same reason no one can produce an exclusive license to export....non-existent. It appears that there aren't many claims by the company, it's promoters, their press releases or their SEC filings that can be verified.

This state of affairs existed at RMIL too and resulted in the stock being halted.

Wonder why it would not show up on the Nevada Secretary of State data base?

There's only one possibility: the company changed its name, and also changed its list of officers. Nevada doesn't record name changes in its online database.
