I thought the Huffingtons were either divorced or getting a divorce. If you have a problem with her being on Politically Incorrect, why not complain to the producers of the show. Again I ask, why the obsession with Arianna Huffington, especially on the "Did Slick Boink Monica?" thread? She didn't have anything to do with Slick boinking Monica, did she? Gee, maybe we've got another scoop for Drudge!

I just saw Hillary and Bill get on the plane and I must say
a happier looking couple I have not seen. Arm in arm and holding
each other.

Charlie

Arriana Huffington was an accomplished writer long before she married Micheal Huffington. She wrote two books in the 70's that were popular. One of them was a biography of Maria Callas. The other book was about the excesses of the women's movement and her disagreement with portions of it. As for achieving more than she has, Michelle, I would have to see your curriculum vitae before I could agree with you. Prior to marrying Huffington, she was offered a 1,000,000 advance to write a sequel to her first book but she declined, because she did not want to become a single issue writer. All through her marriage, she continued to write and to have a substantial income of her own. She tithes herself 10% of her gross income and contributes this amount to charity. Several of the charities she supports deal with children's problems. I have known a lot of women who are useless parasites with my ex-wife being the queen parasite but I don't think that Mrs. Huffington is anywhere close to this description. While I don't always agree with her I admire her for being able to feed herself on her own, her divorce settlement not withstanding.
