Edward Paule- Agree, More to "Survey" than it Appears

I believe another company has an interest in XOMA, and they want to acquire at a cheap price. I also suspect XOMA management is involved with this "suitor" ( it would be unusual if they wern't involved)--XOMA Management owns very little stock, hence they would have little concern for the price existing shareholders would receive. XOMA management would be more concerned with their position within any new organization; title and responsibility, salary and option participation, and of course lump sum payments to those who are terminated. Ask yourself this question--why would XOMA need to hire an outside company to measure discontent--they just have to read the message boards to see that--also the business about who is shorting their stock is a lot of "bunk"--existing shareholders have no clue who it is--and the short-sellers certainly arn't going to be on a mailing list. Just my opinion and suspicion
