This is undoubtedly the chance for the shorts to be dancing in the street. But I still contend there are now a few billion dollars out there - I call it "Vulture Capital." It's going to come from all over - including international, as foreign investors get drawn to the bargains. When the turn hits, our biggest problem will be getting an order filled. Anyone want to make a prognostication as to when the turn begins?
