Cliff, Thanks for answering the questions. But I am a little bit disappointed in your search for finding articles on Intranet. From what I could tell, you entered the word "Intranet" into Yahoo's search engine and found the link you gave me. Not much for searching.

To help I have provided this link below:

cio.com

This is an excellent slide show on how to go about developing a corporate intranet. I wont go through the whole slide show but slide #6 gives a great definition of what an Intranet is all about. Stating, that it really depends on what the company wants the Intranet to entail. Not all companies will want the same thing. Each company has specific things they want to add to their corporate Intranet.

I offer this link up to everyone on the FNTN thread. It is probably the best link I have found that gives an excellent overview of what an Intranet is all about.

Just my opinion but after going through the slide show (and I still have more slides to review) I don't see how anyone can not help but distinguish the difference between a standard Internet website and a corporate Intranet site.

I encourage all to review the link.

Thanks in advance,

Greg Hodges

P.S. Kevin this would be a great link to explain the fundamentals of Intranet development.
