Golly...

My take on why it stayed up.

The last five days:

DOWN 6 teenths.
DOWN 13 teenths.
DOWN Two and 3 teenths.
DOWN One and 6 teenths.
DOWN Three.

Down 50% from its high, at the open today.

48 PE, per Yahoo.
51 Trailing PE, per Baseline.
37 Forward PE, per Baseline.
AND
60 % PSFT estimated annual growth rate.

If there ever was a demonstration of why to buy value, I think it was PSFT today.

JMO.

Tom

Michelle - second question for the day - you mentioned PSFT consultants being on the beach - is that still the case?

I agree w/ you that the CFO evaded a crucial issue when he danced around the Y2K quesiton.

I think that's a major reason this whole sector is getting slammed.
