Anyone else get one of these E mailed?? MM August 31, 1998 Dear Shareholder: At this time, previously released financial statements remain "unaudited". Those figures and EPS amounts have been posted to our website, www.firamadainc.com , on the Investor Relations page. Once certified by our auditors, the financial statements shall be posted as "audited". Our staff, and our auditors, have exhausted every effort and spared no expense in pursuit of our responsibilities. We have been working hard to produce 1996 audited financials in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there remain unresolved issues that are not within our control. We will continue to push towards resolution of these issues and towards final certified financial statements. Concerning the 1997 audit; unresolved issues related to the 1996 year were unforeseen and must be resolved in order for the 1997 engagement to begin. These issues have risen since our initial release announcements and make it necessary to set a more realistic timeframe that does not include a predetermined and specific date for completion. Our auditors have established the new start date of Sept. 14th for their fieldwork to begin. Firamada is concerned for our shareholder value. Above all other responsibilities, it is imperative that management produces accurate EPS and properly filed documents. Therefore, management believes that a realistic timeframe, without deadline pressures, to complete this endeavor is reasonable. Financial statements and management discussions will be posted to the EDGAR ONLINE web page at sometime in the near future and you will be notified of their availability at that time. Spiderpat, you ask questions that can only be answered by management. I would, under normal circumstances advise you to contact the company for an answer, however we are dealing with FAMH here. No question will ever be answered to the shareholders satisfaction. I guess at this point I'll consider myself out of the game. Every decision that I have made with regard to Firamada has been based on lies. This current management is obviously no different than the old management. Arif Adam is still controlling the company, and as long as he is in charge nothing is going to change. I'll just take my 95% loss and go about trying to recoup with a legitimate company.
