Aura is probably selling NewCom stock to stay in business. This is going to dilute the shareholders but it would give NewCom the ability to get out of the hands of Harry. I own NewCom and will for the long term. If NewCom does not get the financing in place soon they may have to declare chapt 7. This would not wipe out the shareholders. All this does is allow the company to keep the paintings on the wall without the creditors taking them away.

Message boards like this do nothing to damage the stock. Everyone knows the company is having problems with Aura and the management. The stock has a poor I.R department with Diane Wills. The poor girl could promote a Spice Girls concert and nobody would come.
