Maybe it's me, but I read it the other way. I don't think they were talking about the commissions at all. Since they actually said ... and costly-trading solution that bypasses the Internet., I'm sure they meant the VPN hourly fee and the long distance charges (even if the dial-in is toll-free, since I don't know) applicable to same, in calling it a costly trading solution. And since those fees are not something you can trade out of, some would indeed call it expensive, though it is obviously different for each person, as everyone has their own cost/benefit ratio that they calculate. Let me know if I'm missing something. Len
