It seems this whole short squeeze is predicated, for the most part, on actions taken by someone named Andy Mann. But what do we really know about this person? For example, what prompted Mike Sylver to hire him after their meeting in St. Johns, Antigua? - Jeff

Apparently both sides understood that Fasano would take care of press releases, he did not act on his own. It would appear that he was just a IR madman IF the company had put out their own releases... but they didn't, from that you can infer an agreement. Got it ? The only other possible scenario I can figure is Fasano was standing by the roadside with a cardboard sign "I will work for food", Sylver tossed him a few burgers and suggested Fasano could work off his debt by performing IR for AZNT. Is that about it ?
