Sorry to hear your investing has gone so bad... Absolute proof of his lack of ethics? Where? All I saw was that he sold some stocks in the mutual fund that he runs... I don't recall him ever saying he was going to let us know before he made every move. It's still undecided whether he sold anything while telling us to buy, and that still wouldn't prove much, since it could be that the investment rationale of the mutual fund was different than that for an individual portfolio. Here's a newsflash Thomas... all stocks are taking it on the chin, not just the ones JD recommends... I'm glad you got your money back, and since you no longer care for JD's ideas, I'm sure you'll taking your insightful comments to other more enlightened threads from now on... Don't let the door hit you on the way out. DWB
