Your guess is as good as mine. Larger buys are probably there to prop it up or do arb positions. Floor traders, Independents, are just there for scalping back and forth, some short covering (like when Tom hits 45 points or when you or I incorrectly decide to protect profits and wait for a bounce), people who like to catch knives.

Generally though, the pressure of the selling is too great to mess with....either long or short. If you are on enjoy the ride, if not then just watch.

Looks as if I got out near the low of this move....so far anyway. I still think I pulled the trigger too soon, though. It started trading as hot as a firecracker just before I put it in and has not stopped. Are you watching this?
