the yen has been gaining strength quickly against the dollar the last few days. it is trading around 136 to the dollar up from 146 recently. not sure what is driving this right now. any opinions???

You are correct when the market goes thru a technical breakdown, but it only takes about 1-2 days to get back to normal. It is still measuring this down market will accuracy.
