Mohan, I don't see how that could happen with the strength demonstrated by our supertanker economy; however, no one can know what external influences might act to push the rate ever lower. We are already pretty low due to a lot of 'flight to quality' buying and I would not expect the Fed to help the rate lower in this environment.

If people would stop and think, it would be apparent that in order to support the global meltdown, that this economy needs to remain strong and one way for that to happen is to continue the present course.
