Think of it as a backward translation in time. For ADPT, it takes us back to '94. A fine year, surely. IOM is only back to '96 (so far). That's what I bought it at last month -- at $7 and $5. So I'm not down even 1 year yet. Or CY. I got that at '94 a few months ago ($9). But it's now into '93. I grow younger all the time. No wonder I'm not getting any smarter! Just hope my portfolio gets old faster than I do. I've had some stocks take me back to imaginary time, e.g. CS. CS was a real bargin when I bought at 11.5 --- that was also into imaginary time ( or at least before '93 ).
