Eddie, When I was in the Caymen Islands one of the financial institutions I visited had just replaced all their CPQ computers with DELL computers. I asked why and they said that the CPQ's were unreliable and needed a lot of service. Now that they have the DELL's they no longer have the problems. Maybe DELL is angry at you?!
