This may be seem like a pretty bold statement for some, but I still maintain that TSIS will be back ABOVE .50 A SHARE, this month. When companies try to cut communications costs, they are turning to TSIS. Cutting costs will be a big factor in many companies decisions over the next year.

Best Regards,

R. Gates

I personally don't think TSIS is a good buyout candidate. I think one of the reasons that they are able to contract with fortune 500 companies to provide interactive telephone services is because they are a small company. Let's say an AT&T were to buy them out. Is GTE going to contract with AT&T to provide the same services? I doubt it. I think TSIS is going to have to rise on its own wherewithall. So get with it guys and make us some money.

Gary,
I bought again at the same point(.355) as you, and this is beyond getting ugly; it is ugly. 40% loss in value of a stock in a couple of weeks is a crash to me. I dismissed my apprehensions, in the face of INTEL not coming on board, though my instincts said that the cost to INTEL in its overall expenditures is miniscule. Now, I am afraid that our product is less than I anticipated. I don't want to go through all the permutations of possible negative actions. What do you think the company has done to state that "the company is playing games." For me, I am changing my posture and I will no longer average down, until the company is audited and a reporting company.

Thanks for your input.

Mike
