Mike ...

This is not a defense of the company, just an update. I have been told that Intel is not a dead deal and that they are still interested and are in further discussions ... sans Nasdaq.

You can check this out with the company, but it was the information I was given on Monday. Intel likes the service and wants it ... still negotiating.

I still believe in the company and like where it's going. I am just frustrated and am too tired to shake my pom poms.

Mike, one minor correction to your post. TSIS already is audited ... was so as of the end of last fiscal year.

I agree that it will be beneficial to become a reporting company at the earliest possible convenience -- probably after this year's audit is completed (now in progress).

"now, I am afraid that our product is less then I anticipated." I am with you and for a long time I was awaire of the Co. not having anything to fall on,except MARKETING...THE THINGS THEY DO COULD BE DONE BY A FARM BOY FROM WISCONSIN..Playing games,,,One is this guy claiming the margins of 70 and 80%, organized crime can't do that well. As to averaging down, I am in your camp I was going or thinking of the low 20s, but if it gets there I am no longer a buyer of this Co. If it gets above the old 1.06 range I would then start buying again.
And I stell see the Co. as a buyout. John Baker who I like to read said the Co.s financials were audited.John you must have newer numbers then I for my statements are Unaudited. The key to this Co. is the end of the year Balance Sheet and Income Statement and they best be AUDITED.One of the other things that I did'nt like is how they used there last stock buyback, the Co. is the one that drive the stock up to $1.06 with that buyback. This Co. should not be or even thinking of a stock buyback. They are going to need every dime for D&R and operations. They have 50,000,000 authorized, around 30,000,000 out, the day will come when they are going to have to sell the other 20,000,000 and if that day comes befor this is a 2.50 stock,,,bad news....MSo I am thinking a lot like you, ie hold and wait....
