Thanks Tom; I would think that if a person could get some real quality CB's (say an intel, or an att) and I don't know if those companies have them, btw..it could be a great time to get them..
If the coupon rate or yield is satisfactory, (after the beating the market just took, the premium could be gone)..it could be a good way to try for some nice capital gains if the market comes back like they say.
At the same time, the person is getting income, and these types of companies are almost certain to weather almost any storm.

If anybody is interested, I really suggest they work the math out, and see if they can find some
that have a good opportunity.

It's a funny thing, but CNBC is talking about them today, maybe they read this thread.
