The U.S. fundamentals are going to have to change significantly to go any lower than that, and you'd have a hard time arguing otherwise. When GDP and S&P earnings go negative without the GM strike, then I'll worry, and by then it'll be too late anyway. As far as "laughable" goes, you must have one heck of a crystal ball to make a statement like that.
