Right on Zoltan!! Carol Moseley-Braun is out of here too. The year of the woman will finally be over!!! Six years was enough. I hear Patty Murray from Washington is in trouble too! What's your estimate in the House?

Zolt, You think Fong will win decisively? He seems to be a fairly weak campaigner. bp

Zoltan I am from the Bay Area and I cant stand Barbara Boxer. But when both parties fail you on issues then I find its best just to go with the smartest (party). The republicans are about as smart as one of those mice that keeps getting zizzed every time he goes for the cheese. You cannot win in California if you are a pro-gun, pro-Christian coalition, family values spouting, ultra right wing nut. Hence, (notice - conservatives a cause and effect relationship here), republicans do not win. If they put a moderate in there they would win.

PS Hershensohn (sp?) was one of those right wing nuts who WILL NOT WIN in Ca. Boxer was (barely) the lesser of 2 evils. Huffington (another intellectually challenged, choosing to run against the tremendously popular moderate Feinstein) COULD have won against Boxer.
