It was posted on Yahoo (and discussed here) that 4 people own 75 million shares of the float. According to Jeffrey Volk, these are the facts. There are 90-95 million shares outstanding. The float is 30-35 million shares. The closely held stock is approximately 60 million shares. Golan and Globus both own substantial amounts, as do Peter Benz and George Furla (producer). Other insiders own significant amounts. Thus, a large chunk of the outstanding shares (approximately 60 million shares) is closely held by insiders, but it is more than 4 people. Does that clear up anything? Regards, Suzanne

The lawsuit is a business dispute that took place prior to MVEE. It is between Menahem Golan and the Bibiyan brothers and has nothing to do with MVEE. The people saying this is a problem have no clue what they are talking. The company looks great and has huge potential.

Keep up the faith.
