Jeff, in theory that would be fine to take X3 the money. Problem, restricted shares issued that do not have their legend lifted until March of 1999 is. Great business for WellRich, bad timing for them to try and sell. Restricted does mean restricted.

Any comments? what biz do they have calling in shares sold for $1, not 3x not even 2x, something fishy, aznt webmaster threw down the gauntlet, this is a legal matter, we posters are irrelevant, i believe in aznt now more than ever jesse

Sorry to leave you all so soon tonight but it is bed time. It has been another 16 hour day. Great fun. That being said this thread is boring me to death. Here I was, totally prepared for the big squeezed. Here I am, sitting here looking for any sign of a squeeze. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Hey well. Such is life. At least the MTEI bunch was well diversified and entertaining. Here all we get are 3 or 4 moronic promoters making fools of themselves with their lame promotional tactics and inventions and inability to articulate any kind of argument. I am out of here. They won't tell me where the money is, they won't tell jhild what the agreement says, they won't admit to being scared after ww's excellent post, they won't answer Janice's questions and will generally post nonsense. Enough is enough, I am un-impressed with the promoters entertaining capabilities. JimB where are you when we need you?
