Great: In these times of extreme devaluation, the DJ says CLECS should be pummelled because of capital needs. Boy, the "markets" are harsh. Wcii, as Vogel says, is fully funded--that doesn't bother the morons at DJ. Says alot about why artt, etc. are now worthless. Wish I never heard the phrase CLEC. This is the first day I've been able to breath deeply in 2 weeks.

CORRECTION: I meant to say that as sigma decreases, the confidence "coefficient" increases. The confidence "interval" correspondingly decreases. This translates to an increase in the likelihood of finding mu within a narrower specific interval. (Of course, attempting to turn these DCF models into more rigorous statistical estimations is a BIG jump, which may not be warranted, IMO)

SteveG - Predictions today about the Fed lowering in Q4. That being the case and we have a good Q3 and predicted good Q4 thus creating an increased climate of confidence with repsect to the buildout and achievement of the plan. Such increased confidence will highlight the company's increased debt service capacity. Therefore as this secenario looks increasingly likely we might get an added benefit form a refinancing or are there penlaties for early repayment? Regards, L
