Timeline July 6th:

"...this places the Optionable Bullish Percent back into a column of X's and changes the status to Bear Correction. We consider this a shorter term indicator and it now joins the NYSE High-Low Index and the Percent of Stocks Above Their 10 Week Moving Average Line on the positive side. The long and short of it is that our short term indicators are positive and trading positions can be initiated here. We typically play the short term and it sometimes turns into a longer term scenario. In our traffic light analogy, this places it in a Flashing Red status, where you can buy stocks but be careful."
