Hey Jeff, you're a stickler for the facts aren't you?, Instead of going to B Mart, why don't you just refer to the 120 pages of court documents in the case that Wellrich was just ordered to cover or go to jail? You know the case? rather , I guess you wanna try the case here on S.I. since the courts' decision doesn't seem to your liking. Wellrich dumped 144's into the float illegally, and pocketed investors' money to boot, and your defending them and not refering to the court documents? Are you qualified to try this case and is this the right forum? What problems do you have with the federal courts' ruling against Wellrich?

do you disagree with his post, what is your source that gave you the fact that some shares were sold for 50 cents?
