Hi Steve, Yea, the Beatles were good, but I prefer,

"I don't want to work, I just want to bang on these drums all day!"

I'll be ticked off if I can't get my mutuals 100% invested. Come on Bears, I'll wrap you in Greenbacks before you go back into Hibernation!!!

BTW, Wasn't it nice of AIM to have us sell some BSX about a tenspot higher than its current price???!!!

Best regards, Tom

Hi Steve, Interesting to think that our trade imbalance would be worse if the importers could just bet the stuff shipped!! I never thought a shipping bottleneck would save our butts from a horrid trade imbalance!!

I have a 13-1/2 foot "family yacht" available if that will help any. Sloop rigged, so it will conserve on fuel.

Best regards, Tom

Hi Steve-

What an incredible story. You could write a sequel to Catch 22! And it makes such perfect sense. I can see it coming: some entrepreneurs are going to contract with tramp steamers to carry deck cargo packed on pallets in cargo nets with clear plastic wrap over the pallets. The products will all arrive over here water logged and useless, the shippers will sneak off into the night with all the quick cash, and we'll have a series of bankruptcies in insurance companies covering the losses. Not to mention the oil spills in all the major harbors from the steamers pumping bilges. I think the Grinch may steal Christmas this year! :-)

I haven't been to the north end of the bay for months. I think I'll go on a tour this weekend and count ships at anchor.
