At these prices, I'm not sure Rouhana will be willing to do a deal involving the sale of equity for years. Therefore, what other "alliances" might work?? Would FON or WCOM be willing to pay for access to wcii's network??

<< WCOM in all its infinite wisdom (aquisitions) has still done little to make the last mile connect to it's customers. MFS has very little of the 500-700 thousand buildings needed to be connected to HBW. MCIC has 28 fiber rings with switches but go no further than the ring.
