If you can't make money short term trading then you have to hold long term. This does not mean long is better, only you can't short term trade. I have been in and out of KEA for the last 8 months. I started at 30 and have increased my holdings without using additional cash each time. It has cycled from 30 to 50 to 40 to 60 to 46 to 60 to 40. So you are saying that the guy that is up 30% did better then me so far? Trading is not for everyone but if you can do it, you will be way ahead of those who won't or can't. My co-worker has been in and out of DELL repeatedly and he is way ahead of those who held despite it's meteoric rise. HE sold Friday and got back in today. Is the guy that held the last 2 weeks ahead of him too. Give me a break, the guys that can't trade, just can't trade.
