I agree but waiting for next year seems like a long time. I just hope they have their act together.

Ouch, a temporary setback IMO. It appears that the TBS acquisition will be handled as a pooling. This means that as long as the deal is closed in September, which is the goal of both companies I am told, MEGW will be able to include the entire quarter's activity (quarter ended September) in their financial statements. The first 10Q will be for this quarter and they hope to file it in October. I think everyone will be pleased with the numbers they see since TBS will be there (if closed this month) as well as internet telephone revenue starting this month. I would not be surprised if we get more news this month in the internet telephone area as well as the real estate business according to what I was told by the PR firm. As soon as the acquisition is closed, the company will file for Nasdaq listing. They tell me there wil be no problem getting listed there once everything is completed. Once we are on nasdaq, I believe things will move nicely
