A brief update for those who have not spoken to the company in the last few days:

Delinquent filers will be satisfied early next week. Annuals are done and are in the mail together with the AGM info, latest quarterly will be filed Monday.

VSE meeting scheduled for early next week regarding change of business and return to active status.

In short, things seem to be progressing as planned and we may even get some news before the AGM but I wouldn't bet on it.
