One of the things I find most curious about this whole business is how, for the longs, the court papers are a fundamental point of reference, yet no one is willing actually to quote from them. Even the company representative with whom Jeff spoke couldn't manage it... Really. You'd think they'd be knocking themselves out publicizing this stuff, and yet they're not...
