Yesterday I vented a bit and said that I sent an email to Roger at DGIV. Well I must admit I was impressed that I got a response so quickly. The following is the email I received: Dear Mr. Jordan Dear Mr. Ross Thank you for your email voicing your concerns regarding Digitcom's share price. We have heard from a number of the Company's stockholders in the past few days, particularly yesterday and today. While our share price has suffered a great deal at the hands of those that make a living off shorting stocks since June, we're not alone. I noticed this morning that the Small Cap index took a sharp downturn at the end of last week and yesterday after having eroded over pretty much the same time period that DGIV has seen its downturn. Right now, as you point out, there are unanswered questions regarding Digitcom's move toward full reporting status. We're VERY aware that filing for full reporting status is one important element in building confidence at this juncture, and we're moving ahead on that front. We're also working on several other fronts to support fundamental shareholder value. We're building the company for the long haul. It appears that we're all in for a period of volatile markets and general unease among equity investors as economies around the world sort themselves out. This can be a period of great opportunity, as well. At least, that's what our Company has found. I hope you continue to share in that opportunity. Yours, Roger Templeton _______ So, imo, they get points for responding so quickly. However, I didnt like the double salutation clearly indicating a form letter that Roger is sending out. There is nothing here that is news to me though. What I want to know is why it is taking so long for the financials to be released. I have heard from them before that they are VERY aware of the importance of these filings but they could say the same thing 3 months from now. How long is too long? And, yes I think everyone is aware that the smallcaps havent performed well over the last year, that the indexes are getting beaten up etc. Frankly I think that is a lazy answer. DGIV's stock price is only partially a reflection of the general market. The larger factor is the lack of information. On the whole stocks rise and fall on their own merits. All in all I am no closer to understanding how much longer we need to wait here. I really dont understand why it is taking so long unless something is wrong. Boy I hope it is me that is wrong in all this second guessing. Also, I've gotta say that everytime- yes everytime- more than one or two of the 'naysayers' show up, alot of the long's here start talking about how something must be up, good things must be about to happen. I dont understand the motivations of Dr. Vee, Analyst 10, Paul McGinnes etc. What I do know is that this refrain of 'something good must be right around the corner' is BS and just makes people look like they dont know what they are talking about. I dont want to spend the time going back and pasting all of these types of responses over the last several months but I think it is obvious that nothing good was around the corner. At least not yet. All this talk of covering shorts a couple of weeks ago etc was it seems BS as well. that is all for now folks.
