chief - "So even if BD were to "walk" it would not be the end!" i wasn't talking about BD walking away...if BDs finding are inconclusive to the point that significant additional work is required...and they refute the original "proven" value as unsubstantiated, it would seem that GE would have to walk away, or perhpas run - with the SEC on their heels. they don't appear to have the resources to continue. plus, what other top rated firm would want to touch it... i imagine that this is their shot... toma
