Hello Frank and All. The market did great until later in the afternoon. I listened to NBR last night and saw Abby Cohen.

I listened to Larry Wachtel from PRU on the trading floor and he mentioned around 2 pm that he thought the DOW would end up unchanged to up. It went back up after that but you know what happened. He also mentioned that tomorrow could be a down day but he thinks something big will happen on Friday. When pressed which way he thought it would go, he said: UP. But he said he still has to work on the figures. Should it go down on Friday also, the up day would be on Tuesday. I am sure he will have more figures tomorrow and will talk about it. I will put it on when I hear it. Anyhow, the market will stay volatile.

I also listened to the Janus Twenty manager. Nice stocks in his portfolio and that Fund has done great. Only Mutual Fund I own, not counting the one I have through work.

I guess you found out this morning that the quote on Msft was false.

Well, I am on my way out. Will check in again tomorrow.

Sonny

P.S. Maybe things will do better tomorrow despite L. Wachtel's call. I heard after the market closed that there was a takeover and then there were some more cos. doing a stock buy back. At least the NAZ was up today.
