Good Morning Sonny,

The S=P futures are down this morning and I suspect that the market today will be down. Hope that I am wrong but I do believe that traders do not want to hold on to stock particularly on Friday's. It is too bad that Dell is splitting its stock in this kind of enviroment. The stock splits tomorrow and I think it would be doing much better performance wise if it were not for the markets themselves.

How long have you had the Janus Twenty Fund?? I think it is now closed to new investors right??

Peter Lynch will be a guest tonight on the NBR

Have a great day

Frank

Sonny,

You are right, Tuesday was a good day. Early on, I managed to get both DIS & CPQ about $28.5 for the IRA. I then sold LEAP puts 2001 strike 80 on Intel near its low for the day and then margined 200 Dell at about $100.

Things are looking up. I believe we are at the bottom and will do a little consolidation before the general market goes up. Of course, there will be some like Dell that will head north sooner.

Hope you had some margin to work with on all the bargains Tuesday.

Regards,
dmg
