(Q1) - This will only fill in when you need to make a buy or a sell.

(Q2) - This is internal look at what goes into the eventual buy and sell "recommended action".

(Q3) - If you read the book the suggested values are 10% for both. This is one of the most important values in the spreadsheet.

(Q4) - Never enter anything in the Grey areas. They are all linked to the cells that deal with your first purchase.

(Q5) - Minimum trades are suggest to be at least 5% of the value of your holdings if I remember correctly. Initially this is set by the "starting minimum trade - number of shares" and the "starting minimum trade - Dollars". The minimum trade columns allow you to modify the initial conditions of the software to account for the 5% level.
