Rich,
Thanks for the confirmation.I thought that the "gap" should be smaller,even at this stage of the proposed merger.Regulatory approval and shareholder approvals should not be a problem,and I think this deal will close within 8-10 weeks.Since there is little uncertainty about the merger could the time value of money for 2 months be worth $2 a share?

If you did not see the CNBC interview with Jure Sola, CEO of Sanmina, he was extremely positive about the ALRN acquisition and business in general. He said the have "the biggest backlog in history". Sounded real good!

I called ALRN.If SANM's stock price averages less than $24 10 days before closing both companies can walk away from the deal.The merger is scheduled to close at the end of November.
