Coolbreeze, I am too. Probably the first time I've posted here, but I've been in this stock for a while. I don't feel pressured to sell and plan to wait and see how events unfold. I'm fully aware of the risks here, so it has been easy to simply skip over the basher's posts without reading them. Not a bad way to maintain an optimistic outlook and I'm certainly not missing any valid new information by doing so. Take care. Beany

CB/SS--I am still here and have no idea why everyone (except the shmucky bashers) seem so glum. From day one Jeffery thought the company was worth significantly more than the .37 being offered. He has been consistent in his belief. Since he is also a major shareholder (I don't remember the % he holds, but my recollection is that it is LARGE), I could only assume he was going to vote "no" to the offer at hand ... and that there were other plans being contemplated. Correct me if I'm wrong, but today's "news" is no news. I still suspect there will be some real news shortly, and prior the meeting/proxy which should surprise everyone in a favorable way!! Still confident that there is good news to come!!! Regards, FLY
