I am going to stop posting after this regarding buyout/no buyout or short-squeeze/or not issues. Jeffrey emailed me tonight stating the following: "TWhat buyout impression???? The news from CMI was clear, that is not an impression. Tony Papa is my partner, the Sec/Treas. of the company, a director, of course he knows that the CMI group offered to buy ALL the shares for a fixed price. What price do you think that the stock would be at if they tried to buy even just half the outstanding.??? At least $2.00 I bet." Talking with him last night he said there was a lot of things coming together and he felt the offer was way too low. So I really don't know what is going on and I guess I will have to wait and see. I am sorry for any confusion that I may have caused.
